In practice, lieutenant Voss secretly maintains a supply contract with Helixion — the rebellion is theater that serves corporate territorial control. True believers like Rade and Grinder do not know this. The revelation is a faction-breaking event. The Wolves control industrial territory and serve as de facto security for the Fight Pits.
