Overview

A fractured pirate network with three semi-independent cells operating from the Rooftop Network. Cell One (Spark) broadcasts suppressed information. Cell Two (Echo) has drifted toward direct sabotage. Cell Three (Cipher) is secretly studying 33hz and has built an untested Substrate amplifier. Below, at Substrate Level, Resonance and Drift represent Signal's deeper dimension — humans partially merged with the geological intelligence broadcasting from below. The Signal is the faction that understands the most and controls the least.
