OVERVIEW
The tower rises from the Substrate through every layer of the city and out into open sky. It's still under construction — scaffolding, worker staging areas, equipment lifts running constantly. The foundation hardware is driven into living rock and vibrates at 33hz, resonant with the Substrate or extracting from it; the engineering is elegant and violent. Cables thick as arms run upward. Helixion calls it a communications infrastructure project. The Resistance calls it something else. Progress toward completion represents the Doom Pool indicator — the broadcast tower going live is an endgame condition.
