OVERVIEW

Three cells operate the rooftop network. Cell One is friendly — water towers, laundry lines beside broadcast relays, gentle crossings between buildings on reinforced planks. The mesh signal weakens up here. Thoughts less directed. The pirates use this. They've built something in the sky that Helixion can't fully map: relay stations, distributed broadcast infrastructure, encoded transmissions that slip between the mesh's monitoring frequencies. The wind talks here. The antennas hum in resonance. The stars are visible on clear nights and the city spreads below like a circuit board someone forgot to turn off.
